Villa Firenze is the perfect setting to combine a casual weekend getaway with a fun and informative Italian cooking class.
Whether you are an experienced home cook or are just beginning to discover the wonderful world of cooking, our classes will take you to the next level. The hands on cooking classes are taught in Villa Firenze's well equipped "bella cucina" by Lorenzo Merola who was taught while still on his mother's knee as well as culinary schools in Italy.
Classes are limited to 8 participants which allows for personalized instruction. The food prepared on Saturday afternoon will be served to the participants on Saturday evening along with the appropriate wine.
Knives, tools, and equipment are provided.
All you need to bring is your appetite for knowledge and fun.
Friday:
Arrive and check in at Villa Firenze
Saturday:
Breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
Morning is free to shop, sight see or experience a spa service.
Classes 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Dinner at 7 p.m.
Sunday:
another delicious breakfast.
$275.00 per person for a two night stay, all inclusive, based on double occupancy.
